Children under 13 are specifically prohibited from operating a PWC unless accompanied on board by a person at least 18 years of age. To operate a PWC, the operator must meet one of the following:

• Born on or after September 1, 1993 and passed a boater education class or equivalency examination prescribed by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. You can get it at https://www.boat-ed.com/texas/
• Born before September 1, 1993, or,
• Persons requiring boater education who have not competed it must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age (who can legally operate) or older, or
• At least 13 years of age and have passed a boater education course or equivalency examination prescribed by the department.
• The boat limit is 6-7 people or 1200lbs

• Credit Card (required) if no card a $100 deposit is required
• Sunscreen
• Cellphone
• Dry Clothing
• Towel
• Be 30min early for saftey instructions

• Jet-ski
• Life Jacket
• Fuel
• Safety Course 

All reservations require a $50 deposit for a reservation.  We no longer take same say reservations.  If a customer wants a same day rental the price will be $100.  In your email be sure to put a date and time that you would like to make your reservation. 

If the weather is unsuitable for riding on the day of your rental and you are unable to use the jet-ski, we will do our best to reschedule you, or you may cancel at no charge. Weather decisions will be made on the day of your scheduled rental. If you suspect poor weather, please call the number listed in your confirmation email before assuming that you will be unable to go, as it is not unusual to have a chance of rain on any given day. 

All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a later date.  Any inclement weather we will contact the customer to reschedule at a later date or give  a full refund.
